About the Instructor

Hi, and thank you for stopping by!

I'm a certified American Red Cross Instructor, healthcare professional, proud mom, and someone who truly believes that learning life-saving skills is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself and the people around you.

For more than 10 years, I've worked in behavioral healthcare and home health, helping individuals and families through some of life's most important moments. I currently work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician and part-time at a local hospital in Ocala, where I continue doing what I love most — caring for others and making a difference.

Originally from New York City with Caribbean roots, I recently made the move from the Tampa Bay Area to start an exciting new chapter. Outside of work, I'm a proud mother to an amazing teenager and pet mom to my rabbit and dog, who definitely keep life fun and interesting!

Teaching CPR, First Aid, and AED training is something I'm genuinely passionate about because I know how powerful knowledge can be in an emergency. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive learning environment where students leave not only certified, but truly confident in their ability to step up and help when it matters most.

Starting this new journey as an instructor means so much to me because it allows me to combine my healthcare experience with my passion for teaching and serving the community.

I'm excited to help you gain the skills, confidence, and peace of mind that come with being prepared.

You never know when you may be called to save a life — but being prepared can make all the difference.
